Service Description

Up to 6 hour rentals only including drop off and pickup times. Price will not decrease for shorter rental period. Additional hours are $50 per additional hour. Allow 30 minutes before and after delivery timeframe for drop-offs and pick ups. Delayed pick up past the agreed upon times is $25 per half an hour and will be charged in a separate invoice. For deliveries: due to multiple deliveries within the day, you have only 15 minutes to make your delivery time. A text with an ETA will be sent to you before arrival. No substitutions available. Pick up hours are until 11:59 on same day. After 11:59, $50 next day fee applies. Delivery hours are between 8 am to 5:59 pm. Deliveries fees 0 to 10 miles $20. 10 to 30 miles $25. 30 to 40 miles $40. Delivery range for up to 40 miles. Deliveries over 40 miles are subject to approval and mandatory $75 delivery fee will apply. -Once booking is confirmed, you will receive an email on how to secure your date with a deposit! The deposit for chair rentals is 50% of the total amount and the remaining balance must be paid in full 48 hours before your event. (No Exceptions) Failure to pay by allowed time is subject to cancelation of services and forfeiture of deposit. - Measurements: it is the responsibility of the client to make sure the chair/bench you are choosing has enough clearance to make it to the space in which you want the chair delivered. Here are the dimensions of the benches and chairs - All Chairs = 28x38x68 (LWH), All Benches 38x86x50 (LWH). Please book accordingly. Monies will not be refunded due to choosing a chair that is not compatible for the space you have chosen and no extra efforts will be made to assure delivery of your items. You must make sure the chair can fit not only the space but also the door frame. So check with your venue before booking.


Cancellation Policy

All cancellations for Throne chairs rentals must be submitted in writing 48 hours before event. The mandatory 50% deposit used to secure your booking is non-refundable and will not be returned. If final payment has been made towards chair(s), the final payment will only be returned in full 7 days before rental and up to 1/2 final payment up to 48 hours before event. If event is rescheduled and payment is made in full, the client can transfer date to another available date with written approval from Weddings by April Steele. If event is cancelled before 48 hours and only the the 50% non-refundable deposit has been made, client may transfer date to another available date with written approval from Weddings by April Steele. Remaining balance will be due as previously contracted. If any event is cancelled within 48 hours of the event, if full payment has been received, no refund will be given and transfer of the date will be subjected to Weddings by April Steele's approval but not guaranteed. If event is cancelled within 48 hours of the event and final payment has not been received, the final payment is still due for event and payments must be made in full in net 30 days or pursuant to legal action.
