April Steele understands that this time in our lives is unpredictable and things are changing by the moment. These changes are out of everyones control and events are canceling by no faults of our own.

April Steele wants everyone to know that she will work with you on rescheduling your events. She will work to apply your initial deposit towards a future rescheduled event date that works for both the client and April Steele. If overpayments were made to pay towards your event, April Steele will refund amounts that have not yet been utilized towards the event services less the non-refundable initial deposit. If purchases have been made towards your event, those expenses will be applied before issuing any refund towards the event.

All contracts will be honored until 2022 to accommodate any changes for rescheduling. All deposits initially collected will still apply towards the contract and the remaining balance will be what is due. Changes can be made to current contracts to increase services and/or needs only.
